Authors, Host Your Event with Mossrose!

We’re honored to partner with authors to celebrate their work and create memorable book events in our cozy, curated space.

To ensure an exceptional experience for you, our team, and our customers, we ask all authors to complete our Author Event Request Form before we confirm any dates.

What We Offer:

• A charming and intimate bookstore space for events.
• Support with setup and a friendly bookseller on-site.
• Optional book ordering support for traditionally published titles.

How It Works:

1. Submit the Author Event Request Form
   Share details about your book and your vision for the event.
2. We Review Your Request
   We assess alignment with our calendar, space, and audience.
3. Approval & Planning Call
   If approved, we’ll schedule a call to finalize details.

Event Availability:

• Saturdays & Sundays: 10am – 6pm
• Fridays: Available for special ticketed events only
• Maximum occupancy: 10 people (including shoppers & staff)

Please Note:

• Food and drinks are not permitted inside the store but may be enjoyed in the common area outside.
• Decorations are limited to what fits on the signing table. One freestanding banner is permitted outside the store.
• Authors are required to promote their event via social media and other channels.
• A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required if Mossrose will order books.
